Francisco Ignacio Madero González (1873 – 1913) was a Mexican writer, an advocate for social justice, and a revolutionary who served as the 33rd president of Mexico from 1911 until his assassination in 1913. He also taught himself homeopathic medicine and offered free medical treatments to farm workers.
