[gallery columns="1" size="medium" td_select_gallery_slide="slide" ids="https://res.cloudinary.com/dwjp2hsku/image/upload/ilh/placeholder.png" In the case of depression, the following essences can be of great assistance. Elm- If one is feeling despair, especially in reference to meeting expectations and/or fulfilling responsibilities. Gentian- Lack of faith; feeling a lot of doubt and discouragement from set backs. Gorse- For one who is really in a deep depression, they expect suffering, and are very hopeless. Mustard- For one who feels as though there is a "black cloud" hanging over their head. Pine- Depression from past choices one has made. Sweet Chestnut- "The dark night of the soul" this is for one suffering extreme anguish. Wild Oat- This is a great essence when depression is set around life purpose and anything work related. Wild Rose- Depression when facing or faced with a health related issue. Essences can be combined and taken together if you are unsure of what specific essence you need, it is beneficial to work with a flower essence practitioner in cases of serious depression, but the above listed remedies have the positive potential to bring a much improved state of being.
