A lady of 50 years presents with a swelling on the left lower jaw since early morn today, swelling ..the size of a table tennis ball. ''See Dr, I have had caries in my teeth, the lower teeth have all crumbled and fallen out, the roots remain, last night I had curd, maybe that or I don't know why and how, but since morning this big swelling has developed.'' She had placed her left palm on the area. '' It is so painful, neither can I speak, not can I eat anything.''
