ACUTE RESCUE : A young lady of 18 yrs, presented with reports of USG abdomen, with evidence of a calculus 8.9 mm left pelvi ureteric junction with mild dilatation of renal pelvis. She had got this ultrasound done because she had severe pain left sided kidney region, in morning and was rushed to hosp

ACUTE RESCUE : A young lady of 18 yrs, presented with reports of USG abdomen, with evidence of a calculus 8.9 mm left pelvi ureteric junction with mild dilatation of renal pelvis. She had got this ultrasound done because she had severe pain left sided kidney region, in morning and was rushed to hospital with an injectable analgesic given and advised invasive surgery. The history is only this much that sudden onset of severe pain, renal/ureteric colic, left lumbar/kidney region from back slightly radiating to front..at present she has slight pain still persisting in the same location. With which remedy can we rescue this young lady now ? Aparna Singh ILH 8th Nov..
