ACUTE RESCUE : A lady of 54 yrs, complains of cough for the past one month, has been on antibiotics, anti allergics, anti-tussives(allopathic) for the past month without any relief. She c/o cough disturbing her sleep, cough brings out a transparent phlegm after much hawking and coughing , and causes her to gag and retch. Cough continues throughout the day, but is more disturbing to her in the morn after waking and at night when going to bed, also at times wakes up from sleep because of this.
