ACUTE RESCUE : A lady of 35 yrs, thin and frail comes in with her husband and says- " I know I should have come earlier, but this is an emergency. " Okay, tell me what is the emergency. See, I feel so weak and faint, and have a pressing sensation/pain in the back of my head, Iam also feeling giddy, I feel my blood pressure is low, as if I may just fall down, I work so much in the kitchen, and intend to finish up everything, but then I feel it becomes too much, I have my ailing mother in law to look after and my child and husband too. while she said this she sat stooped and and an anxious and agonised expression.
