HISTORY: Please meet Dr. Mahendra Lal Sircar (1833-1904), one of the greatest Homeopath and scientist of India. He is the founder of Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science (1876). He devoted his whole life teaching and spreading the principles of Homoeopathy. The Calcutta journal of Medicine, edited by him, was started in 1868 for this purpose.
