My mother became a homeopath when I was in my 20's. I first realised the healing powers of homeopathy when my baby daughter was in hospital with blood poisoning, the doctors didn't seem to be able to do anything for her and her condition kept worsening, my mother gave her one Ledum 30c and she visibly improved rapidly and was let home the same day. After fighting with myself for a long time I eventually resigned myself to the fact that I couldn't do anything else other than study homeopathy. I attended Nuala Eisings Burren school of Homeopathy and graduated in 2006. Both my mother and Nuala would have made the most impact on my homeopathic studies. It is sometimes quite difficult to practice homeopathy in Ireland but I would like to think that is changing.
