We may use SULPHUR in synovitis, particularly after exudation has taken place. SULPHUR here produces absorption and very rapidly too, particularly in the knee.

    I don’t get this. I wouldn’t expect it from Sulphur, over more indicated remedies like Apis, if you were going to use simply on a clinical indication, which is not homeopathic after all. You would need thousands of clinical verifications here for me to take this seriously. Much as I admire Farrington, it’s a different world today, and this is partly why homeopathy is not taken seriously!
