In acute eczema. Eruption on the face and hairy parts. Small yellow vesicles with red areola. Humid eruption forming thick crusts with an offensive smell. Hardness and thickening of the scrotum. Nightly itching and burning. Aggravated by changes in the weather and by wet or cold weather.
Fine vesicular eruption on the upper extremities. Groups of watery vesicles on the fingers. Fissures on the ends of the fingers. The Upper lip is swollen and covered with vesicles .
