GLUTEN FREE ALMOND CAKE

Gluten free almond cake

GLUTEN FREE & LOW GL & SIMPLY DELICIOUS AFTERNOON CAKE.

Ingredients for this lovely gluten free cake.

Serves 8 :

2 ripe bananas, 1/4cup maple syrup, 3 eggs, 70g ground almonds, 30g coconut flour, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, 1tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts and dark chocolate. 180c for 30-40 mins.

Mix wet ingredients separately and stir into the rest of ingredients and bake until golden brown.

Serve with berries and coconut yoghurt for the dairy free version or with vanilla ice cream.
